Not an emergency service
Pulse+ does not provide emergency or crisis care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately. If you need to talk to someone, Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14.
Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over who are located in Australia. By using Pulse+, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our services
- Pulse+ connects you with AHPRA-registered practitioners for online assessment and care.
- All consultations are conducted in accordance with Australian health regulations.
- No prescription treatment is provided without a practitioner’s approval.
- Not all individuals are suitable for treatment.
The practitioner–patient relationship
Where care is provided, it is delivered by independent, registered practitioners exercising their own clinical judgement. Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.
Your responsibilities
- Provide honest, accurate health information.
- Follow the guidance provided by your practitioner.
- Keep your account details secure and confidential.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pulse+ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website beyond what is required under Australian Consumer Law and applicable health regulations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pulse+ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
